Presentation video of my YouTube chanel. In this video you can see me composing in my studio of Barceloneta (Barcelona), in front of the blue Mediterranean see while listenig a fragment of "Ombres". This piece is for 5 violoncellos, an exemple of how I like to write music: mixing modality and spectral harmonies. I hope you enjoy it.

Bach loved maths. In his Prelude # 1 of "Das Wohlltemperierte Klavier" he could not imagine how fascinating it could sound when performed in canon for 6 hands. Or maybe he calculated it? I solved this enigma.

When I was 16 years old I wrote some arrangements of folksongs from Mallorca, the Catalan island. It's always interesting to arrange folk music in a different way than the tradicional harmony manuals do. The purpose of mybwork was, first, to listen to the folksong in his purity sound and ambiance (rural), and afterwards to make a comentary with my own langage (urban). I wrote two versions: string quartet, and solo piano.
