II-2013 / On 22 February, the Spanish National Radio (RNE Radio Clásica) broadcasted a special program devoted to Blanc, in which Carlos Sandúa interviewed the composer and the producer of the album. Blanc has received the Critics Award as Best Album of 2011 by 440 Clàssica Magazine and Catalunya Música, the Catalan classical music radio station.
I-2013 / The Escolania of Montserrat premieres Salve Montserratina «Cantantibus organis» by Bernat Vivancos, conducted by the composer and specially written for the Benediction of the New Organ in the Monastery of Montserrat. The men’s choir Capella de Música de Montserrat and the organist Mercè Sanchis accompanied the Escolania in the premiere. The work was dedicated to P. Cassià Ma. Just, who made possible this new instrument built by Albert Blancafort.
