Wold Premiere of “Kumbaya” for choir and symphonic orchestra

XI – 2024 / On November 23rd and 24th, the work “Kumbaya” by Bernat Vivancos, for choirs and symphony orchestra, commissioned by the Vic EMC School of Music for its 180th anniversary, will be premiered in Teatre Atlàntida, Vic, Catalonia.
The work will be performed by different choral groups and by EMC students.

World Premiere of “Responsoria Hebdomadae Sanctae” at the Perelada’s Festival

IV – 2025 / Next Good Friday, April 18, Bernat Vivancos’ “Responsoria Hebdomadae Sanctae” will premiere at the Perelada’s Festival, who commisioned the composition.

The concert will be performed by the Latvian Radio Choir under the direction of Sigvards Klava.

New recording “Responsoria Hebdomadae Sanctae” with Latvian Radio Choir & Neu Records

VIII-2024 / “Responsoria Hebdomamade Sanctae” will be recorded next April in Riga, Latvia, with Latvian Radio Choir, with Sigvards Klava, direction.

It will be the third CD recorded by Neu Records, after “Blanc” (2011) and “Requiem” (2015).

World Premiere of “Three Universal Prayers” in Kastellaun, Deutschland

VI-2024 / Last June 30 was premiered “Three Universal Prayers”, for 2 choirs, String Orchestra, organ and percussions in Musikforum Kastellaun, Deutschland.
Performed by Kinderchor, Jugendchor and Vokalensemble der Chorakademie Kastellaun,  Kammerorchester Kastellaun, conducted by Volker Klein.

Presentation of “U”, for orchestra, in 3D format at the ESMUC

VI-2024 / The Auditorium of Barcelona has recently published the three-dimensional sound recording of the composition “U”, a microtonal work that the musical equipment and OBC orchestra commissioned from Bernat Vivancos and that was recorded from July 26 to 28, 2022 in Sala 1 Pau Casals of the Auditorium by Barcelona Symphonic Orchestra, conducted by Ludovic Morlot. . The presentation takes place in the Orchestra Hall of the ESMUC (Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya), 16th June, with composer Bernat Vivancos and Maestro Ludovic Morlot to be able to listen to the composition with 3D sound, following the sound specifications with which the work was recorded.

World Premiere of “Càntic d’amic e Amat” in Sagrada Família

XII-2023 / “Càntic d’amic e Amat” was performed last december 15th in the  Sagrada Família (Barcelona).

Composition comissioned by Blanquerna University, 75th anniversary. Lyrics by Ramon Llull.

More than 300 musicians for 70 minutes of music, with: Orquestra Simfònica del Vallès (Xavier Puig, dir.), Cor Jove Amics de la Unió (Marta Dosaiguas, dir.) – Cor de Cambra Amics de la Unió (Josep Vila i Jover, dir.) – Cor Burckner (Júlia Sesé, dir.) – Coral Cantiga (Daniel Mestre, dir.) – Cor Blanquerna (Eva Martínez Tomé, dir.)
